Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 c. shredded process American cheese
2 to 3 tomatoes
sugar to taste
acorn squash
Preparation

Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
Place cut side down in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Saute onions with butter.
Add remaining ingredients and stuff into squash.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes more until cheese melts.
