Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together.
    Put the chopped peanuts in a separate serving bowl.
    Slice apples.
    Either dip or spoon some mixture on a slice of apple, then dip or spoon some nuts on top of mixture.
    If apples are sliced ahead of time, coat with lemon juice to help prevent browning.
