Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 small red potatoes
    3/4 onion
    1 heaping tsp. mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 to 2 tsp. sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skin until fork goes through.
    When slightly warm, peel and slice.
    Add chopped onion and let sit on top (while still warm).
