Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. chopped Velveeta
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can chopped green chilies
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. corn tortillas, softened in sauce
1 pkg. flour tortillas, softened in sauce (optional)
Preparation

Brown and drain beef.
Make sauce from oleo, flour, milk and Velveeta.
Add chilies.
Soften tortillas in sauce.
Roll beef in tortillas.
Pour rest of sauce over enchiladas.
Top with grated cheese and onions.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Wonderful doubled and freeze second casserole.
