Lobster Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. flour to thicken
    dash of red pepper
    2 c. mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    2 (14 oz.) cans lobster
Preparation
    Cook in double boiler and simmer about 1 hour.
    Just before serving, add about 1/2 cup sherry wine.
    Serves 8.
