Country Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. dill weed
    4 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 qt. shredded cabbage
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 carrot, coarsely grated
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk, dill weed, sugar, salt, vinegar, mustard and pepper.
    Toss with cabbage, green pepper and carrot.
    Garnish as desired with thinly sliced carrot flowers and ripe olives.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
