Sugar Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs (3 if large)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
4 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar with butter.
Add milk, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Gradually mix in baking soda, cream of tartar and flour. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
