Iron Skillet Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 sticks margarine, cut in chunks
3 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Place eggs in skillet.
Add milk, butter, syrup and vanilla.
Turn heat on medium and slowly cook, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil and sugar is dissolved. Punch holes in each cake layer. When you reach the top layer, beat the rest of the icing a little with mixer, then frost the top and sides.
