Pisellal Prosciutto(Peas With Prosciutto) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. extra virgin oil
    1 small onion, very thinly sliced
    3 oz. Prosciutto, cut into narrow strips
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. boiling water
    4 c. peas
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    Add the onion and Prosciutto and saute until onion is translucent.
    Add peas, salt, pepper and boiling water.
    Cook, uncovered, until peas are tender.
