Sour Cream Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
dash of salt
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar and sour cream.
Cook to 240\u00b0 (soft ball). Remove from heat.
Add salt and butter.
Beat until mixture begins to grain (thicken).
Add vanilla and nuts and pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
