Hot Rise Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt (scant)
2 1/4 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
4 c. flour
Preparation

Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt; add hot water. Beat smooth.
Add oleo and 4 cups flour (add gradually).
Beat after each addition.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Let rise until double.
Form into rolls or loaves and let rise again.
Set oven to 350\u00b0 and put in pans.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
