Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. persimmons (run through sieve)
    2 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. soda (level)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, beaten
    scoop of butter (size of small egg)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour together.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except butter.
    Melt butter in pan and pour into batter.
    Bake in slow oven at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
