Strawberry Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. frozen strawberries
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 1/4 lb. sugar
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Strain juice through nylon to make 4 cups. Place juice in large saucepan. Add strained lemon juice and sugar. Mix well. Place on high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in pectin and bring to a rolling boil. Boil 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Strain through cheesecloth into glasses. Cover with 1/4-inch of paraffin.
