Pineapple Coconut Inside-Out Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix (if using pudding included cake, decrease water to 3/4 c.)
    2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
    4 eggs
    1 c. water (see note for cake mix)
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut, divided
    1 c. cold milk
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat cake mix, 1 package of the pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl with mixer on low speed 1 minute or until blended.
    Beat on medium speed 4 minutes.
    Stir in 1 1/3 cups of the coconut.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 15 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely on wire racks.
