Saucy Pork Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork shoulder blade steaks (12 oz. each and about 1 to 1 1/4 inches thick)
1/2 c. commercial barbecue sauce
1/3 c. honey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Tenderize steaks by pounding with meat mallet.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Place steaks on grill about 4 inches above low coals.
Cook about 20 minutes, turning and basting occasionally.
Heat remaining sauce and serve with steaks, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
