Emerald Isle Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pineapple chunks
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream (1 pkg. Dream Whip)
1 pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pecans
1 c. pineapple juice
12 large marshmallows
Preparation

Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Place pineapple juice in saucepan and add marshmallows.
Place on medium heat and heat until marshmallows melt.
Add mixture to jello mixture; chill until it starts to jell, then add pineapple chunks, cottage cheese and nuts.
Whip cream and fold into mixture.
