Ingredients

1 can refried beans
2 avocados
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
shredded lettuce
2 chopped tomatoes
chopped scallions
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Put beans on the bottom.
The 2nd layer is the avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix sour cream with taco mix and layer over avocado.
Add lettuce, tomato and scallions.
Top with cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips.
