Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour (slightly rounded)
1 Tbsp. corn meal
4 eggs (unbeaten)
4 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. milk
1 grated lemon rind
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and meal.
Toss with fork.
Add next five ingredients; beat with mixer until smooth and blended.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until set and lightly brown on top.
