Pork Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 pork steaks
    1 can Veg-All
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 cans water
    1 bell pepper
    2 stalks celery
    1 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut pork steak into bite-size pieces and brown together with chopped bell pepper and sliced celery.
    Add the vinegar and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add Veg-All, tomato sauce, water and rice.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
