Zesty Salsa Supreme! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped seeded cucumber
    1/2 c. chopped red or green pepper
    1/3 c. finely grated carrot
    1/4 c. Ortega mild thick and smooth taco sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can Ortega diced green chiles
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    48 Wheat 'n Bran Triscuits wafers
    1 c. prepared guacamole
    carrots for garnish
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine cucumber, pepper, carrot, taco sauce, green chiles and parsley until well blended.
    Spoon a rounded teaspoonful vegetable mixture onto each Wheat 'n Bran Triscuits wafer.
    Top with a dollop of guacamole and garnish with carrot, if desired.
