Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large overripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick butter (unsalted), melted
    2 c. white flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk or 3 Tbsp. milk and 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine the 3 bananas, sugar and eggs.
    Gradually add the butter.
    Stir in the flour and baking soda until creamy.
    Stir in the butter and buttermilk.
    Bake in a baking pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then reduce the heat to 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
