Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw cranberries, ground
1 orange rind, grated
1 c. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. celery, cut fine
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
Preparation

Mix cranberries, orange rind, sugar, pineapple and celery together well.
Mix jello, boiling water and cold water together. Allow jello mixture to jell slightly.
Then add cranberry mixture. Refrigerate.
