Potato And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. potatoes, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 carrot, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
4 cubes chicken bouillon
1 (5 oz.) jar Old English Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes until tender, then drain.
Melt margarine.
Add chopped onion and sliced carrot.
Saute until onion is translucent.
Add flour to butter, stir until smooth.
Add milk and bouillon cubes, stir until mixed.
Add in potatoes and when thickened, add the cheese.
Stir until dissolved.
