Italian Square Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, grated
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. pepperoni, chopped
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well with spoon.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
