Oriental Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef, shrimp, chicken or mixture of meats
    1 pkg. fresh bean sprouts
    chopped green bell pepper
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and drained
    shredded carrot
    pea pods
    broccoli (optional)
    1 bottle oyster sauce
Preparation
    In wok or large frying pan heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Warm on medium-high heat.
    Add meat, stirring quickly.
    Add vegetables (desired amounts) and stir quickly and consistently. Add oyster sauce to taste.
    (Oyster sauce has a high sodium content so be careful not to use too much.)
    Stir-fry is ready when vegetables are pliable but still crisp.
