Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh broccoli or cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Cook broccoli in small amount of salted water, about 5 minutes, just until tender.
Drain well.
Mix broccoli, onion, peppers and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over vegetables.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
