Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans salmon
    2 sticks diced celery
    1/2 small diced onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    salt
    pepper
    milk
Preparation
    Put salmon into bowl. Add celery, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Now, add enough milk, a small amount at a time, until it sticks together to form a patty.
    (Alternate more bread crumbs or milk until it sticks together good.)
    Now, fry in oil.
    Fry slowly until brown, then turn and brown the other side. Serve.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
