Baked Boneless Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. sliced chipped beef
2 to 3 strips bacon per chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Minute rice
Preparation

Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
Spread very thin layer of this mixture on bottom of pan.
Cover bottom of baking pan with slices of chipped beef.
Add another thin layer of sauce. Place 2 to 3 strips of bacon on counter.
Place chicken breast on top of bacon and roll them up together.
Place two toothpicks through bacon and chicken breast to hold them together.
Place them in pan and cover with remaining sauce.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until done.
Cook desired amount of Minute rice to go along with sauce and chicken.
