Fresh Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

overripe peaches
several slices bread
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
Preparation

Peel and slice peaches.
Place in Pam sprayed baking dish. Trim edges off bread and cut in strips.
Layer bread strips both ways over peaches.
Melt margarine, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and egg.
Beat well; drip over bread strips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream.
