Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

16 graham crackers, crumbed
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie oleo (tub)
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1 envelope (eight 1/2 c. servings) or 2 envelopes (four 1/2 c. servings each) low calorie lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray 9-inch pie plate; set aside. Combine crumbs and oleo, mixing; press crumb mix over back and sides of plate.
Bake until crisp about 10 minutes, let cool.
