Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon cake mix
    1 c. boiling water
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, boiling water, eggs, pudding and oil until mixture is smooth and creamy, about 4 minutes.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
