Salmon And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. milk
1/4 lb. pimento cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. flaked salmon (7 1/2 oz. can)
1/4 c. chopped or sliced olives
Preparation

Combine cheese, milk, salt and pepper in double boiler.
Heat until well blended and smooth.
Put a layer of cooked rice in well greased casserole.
On top arrange layers of salmon, olives and the cheese sauce.
Repeat ending with the cheese sauce.
Arrange slices of stuffed olives around edge for garnish.
Bake 60 minutes in 350\u00b0oven.
