Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 5 lb. bag potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Mash and mix all ingredients (can be made the night before).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 -60 minutes till heated through.
    Leftovers will last up to two weeks.
    However, they won't be around that long.
    Delicious!
