Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini (remove seed)
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts and raisins
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients, then add sifted flour and dry ingredients.
    Oil and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Pour in batter and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
