Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. cubed zucchini
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onions and garlic; drain.
    Saute zucchini until tender; combine with the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Put cheese on top; bake until melted.
