Spanish Rice With Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    1 c. water
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown meat, breaking the pieces and stirring about 5 minutes. Add corn, water, tomatoes and seasonings and bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
