Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. lard
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and roll out.
    Yields 4 pie crusts.
    What part not used can be placed in wax paper and put in the freezer for your convenience.
