Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Sift together flour and sugar.
    Mix eggs and two cups of pulp together.
    Add milk and flour mixture.
    Mix in margarine and spices.
    Pour into an 8 x 12-inch glass dish and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until cooked.
