Zucchini Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    3 lb. zucchini, sliced
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 (15 oz. each) cartons Ricotta cheese
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Romano cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Cook zucchini in boiling water that has been salted.
    Cook until slightly limp; drain well. Combine eggs, cheeses, parsley and seasonings.
    Spoon thin layer of spaghetti sauce in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with a third of the bread crumbs; layer with a third of the zucchini, meat and cheese mixture.
    Repeat layers twice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
