Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 sticks butter
    1 small chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. instant rice
    2 pkg. broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook broccoli.
    Melt butter; add onion and cheese.
    Add a little cheese at a time, until melted.
    Add mushroom soup, then rice.
    Pour mixture over broccoli.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown and bubbles.
