Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 jars (6 oz. each) marinated artichoke hearts
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    6 large eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    3 c. (12 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 11-inch pan.
    Place 1 teaspoon of marinade from artichokes in a saute pan.
    Add the minced onion and garlic.
    Saute over medium heat until onion is limp.
    Chop the artichoke hearts, set aside.
    In a bowl mix all remaining ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Add the onion mixture and artichoke hearts; blend.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Done when puffed and brown.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
