Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, split and skinned (boneless)
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 container sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried beef
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. white wine
parsley (to garnish)
Preparation

In a glass baking dish, spread one thin layer of dried beef. Rinse chicken with cold water and drain.
Lay chicken on top of beef and pat gently.
Mix equal parts of sour cream and mushroom soup together; brown mushrooms in butter and white wine until tender.
Disperse mushrooms through chicken around, on top, etc. Pour creamed mixture over chicken.
Top with parsley and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
No salt is needed.
Dried beef usually cooks into the chicken.
Great with rice and carrots.
