Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry
    3 hard-boiled eggs, shredded
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    pinch of pepper
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
Preparation
    Blend together all ingredients.
    Chill 2 hours.
    If desired, garnish with hard-boiled egg quarters and chopped scallions. Makes 6 servings.
