Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed slightly
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 small can evaporated milk
    nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Whip potatoes with remaining ingredients until fluffy.
    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until set.
