Garlic Lover'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. new potatoes
    1 tsp. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and thickly sliced
    1 Tbsp. minced shallots
    1/8 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes well.
    If large, cut into thick slices.
    Steam for about 7 minutes or until they are firm but slightly tender. Pour oil into a casserole dish.
    Add the steamed potatoes, garlic, shallot, salt and pepper.
    Toss well to mix.
    Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Stir a couple of times while baking so potatoes cook evenly.
    If desired, garnish with freshly chopped rosemary or parsley.
