1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
3 eggs

1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; add sugar, beating well. Add
eggs and beat well.
Sift together flour, salt and in a medium
mixing
bowl,
add\tto creamed mixture, stirring well. Add vanilla and pecans, stirring well.
