Spaghetti Louisiana Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shrimp
    cayenne pepper (ground)
    1/4 lb. spaghetti (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Melt shortening, flour and salt.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add milk gradually.
    Stir and cook until thick.
    Add cayenne pepper, mustard, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cleaned shrimp to hot sauce.
    Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain spaghetti.
    Place on platter.
    Cover with hot shrimp sauce.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 4.
