Raw Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh cranberries
    2 oranges
    2 lemons
    2 apples
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and sort cranberries.
    Wash and quarter all fruit, coring apples and removing seeds and hard ends of oranges and lemons.
    Do not peel any of fruit.
    Grind all in food processor or grinder to desired size.
    Blend in sugar and allow to marinate one day before using.
    Keep in refrigerator.
    This mixture and chopped pecans can be added to strawberry gelatin for a molded salad.
