Fresh Green Beans And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh green beans
4 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash
5 to 6 small potatoes
Preparation

Wash potatoes and cut into small bite size pieces.
Place in water to cover and boil until tender.
Wash and snap the green beans.
Place in large pan of boiling water and other ingredients, except potatoes.
Cook until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Once beans are tender, reduce to simmer.
Add potatoes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes.
