Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 tomato, sliced
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour, salt and dash of pepper. Add milk.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Add onions and cheese, stir until melted.
    Mix cheese sauce with macaroni.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Arrange tomato slices on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
